Child safety
standards

Users may not create, upload, share, request, promote, or organize content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation in Circle Space.

This includes child sexual abuse material, nudity or sexualized content involving minors, grooming, exploitative messaging, attempts to solicit minors, trafficking, sextortion, and any effort to help others engage in those activities.

Accounts, communities, event listings, chats, uploads, and profile content that violate these standards may be removed immediately.

Circle Space may review reports, restrict content visibility, suspend features, disable accounts, and remove material when we become aware of possible child sexual abuse or exploitation.

If we confirm or reasonably believe content involves child sexual abuse material or other reportable exploitation, we may preserve relevant records and report to the appropriate authorities or child safety organizations as required by applicable law.

We may also take action against repeat offenders, coordinated abuse, or attempts to evade enforcement.
