This policy applies to the Circle Space website and mobile app.

Circle Space is a community platform for accounts, profiles, communities, events, messages, practice partners, mentor features, uploads, notifications, and support requests.

If we collect personal information, we try to keep it limited to what is needed to run those features.

Account information such as your name, email address, password login details, and, if you choose Google sign-in, the basic profile information Google provides for sign-in.

Profile and activity information that you add in the app, such as profile details, communities you join, events and bookings, messages, posts, comments, reviews, bookmarks, practice requests, mentor information, and files or images you upload.

Contact information you submit through forms or optional fields, such as phone or WhatsApp details, support messages, and partnership inquiries.

Technical information needed to operate the service, such as authentication tokens stored on your device, push notification tokens if you enable notifications, basic server logs, and error or performance data.

We use information to create and secure accounts, sign users in, keep them signed in, and let them use the product features they asked for.

We use information to show profiles and user content inside the app, deliver chats, communities, events, mentor features, uploads, and notifications.

We use information to reply to support requests, investigate bugs, prevent abuse, protect the platform, and keep the service working.

We do not say we collect data 'for nothing'. Even if we are not selling it or running ads, we still use it to operate the app people signed up for.

We do not sell personal information.

We do not claim ownership over user content beyond what is needed to host, display, and process it inside Circle Space.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing profiles or ad targeting in this policy.

We may share data with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers like Google when you choose Google sign-in, push-notification providers, storage providers, and error-monitoring or security tools.

We may share information when needed to comply with law, enforce platform rules, investigate misuse, or protect users, the service, or the public.

Some information you choose to post or share in the app may be visible to other users depending on the feature you use.

We use reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect personal information, but no system can promise perfect security.

On web, authentication tokens may be stored in browser local storage. On mobile, authentication data may be stored using device-secure storage and notification tokens may be stored so push notifications can work.

If a security issue affects user data, we will respond based on the facts, the systems involved, and any legal duties that apply.

You can edit some profile information inside the app.

You can stop using push notifications by changing your device notification settings. If you contact us, we can also help remove a registered push token from our systems.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account records, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, and meet legal, security, or operational requirements.

When data is no longer needed, we may delete it, anonymize it, or keep only the minimum necessary record where required.

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
