This page explains how users of the Circle Space app can request deletion of their account and associated data. If you installed Circle Space from Google Play, this is the public link you can use for account deletion requests.
1. Send an email to [email protected].
2. Use the subject line Delete my Circle Space account.
3. Include the email address linked to your Circle Space account so we can verify the request.
4. We may reply to confirm ownership of the account before processing deletion.
We aim to delete or disable access to the personal account data needed to identify and use your Circle Space account, including account details, profile information, authentication access, stored push-notification registrations, and other user-linked personal data held for normal app operation.
Some limited records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or internal record-keeping about the deletion request itself.
If content cannot be fully removed without breaking conversations, moderation history, or system integrity, we may keep a minimal non-active or de-identified record instead of a live personal account.
We target processing verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Support emails and deletion-request correspondence may be kept for up to 90 days after the request is completed so we can confirm the request was handled and address follow-up questions.
If we are required to keep limited records for security, legal, tax, fraud, or abuse-prevention reasons, those records may be retained for longer only as reasonably necessary for that purpose.
If you cannot access your account and still want it deleted, email [email protected] and mention that the request is for the Circle Space app.
